Apply a cream, serum or oil of your choice.
1. Apply a cream, serum or oil of your choice to your face, neck and decollete (optional)
2. Gently sweep the crevice of your Guasha tool from your chin, upwards towards your ears (10 times per side)
3. With the flat & long side, sweep your tool across your cheeks starting from your nose, towards your ears (10 times per side)
4. Using the 2 points of your Guasha tool,make soft contact with your eyebrow and under eye. massage in an outwards motion towards your temple. (10 times per eye)
5. Using the flat & long side, massage your neck in an upwards motion, starting from your collar bone up & around towards the back of your head. (20 times)
6. Using the flat & long side, massage, gently massage your decolette in an upwards motion. from the inner corner in a soft sweeping motion, towards the collar bone. (20 times) Tip: End each sweep or movement with a light press or “wiggle” to massage. Some redness is common after using your Guasha tool.
